Hide & Seek – The Hotel Job Market Game
It’s so easy these days. You type whatever you want into a search engine and up comes a list, pages and pages of what you are looking for.
Hotel jobs for instance. Recruiting agents, employers, web-communities, there are hundreds. Employers have it dead easy too. Enter what you are looking for, attach a short description, perhaps a salary, on your own website or at one of the numerous platforms.
So far so good. But what then? Hotel professionals say that they can’t find a job. If you ask hoteliers, they say it’s very difficult to find employees.
